Sirene Chocolate

Sirene is a small-batch bean to bar chocolatier located in Victoria BC. They share a similar sourcing and quality philosophy for chocolate as we do for coffee. Working directly with quality cacao farmers, Sirene sources incredibly quality cacao beans sustainably and ethically.

At their chocolate workshop in Victoria, cacao is carefully roasted and crafted into these elegant bars. Rich and luxurious, each bar carries the beautiful flavours of the unique cacao beans and farm from which they are made from. We especially love to break off a small (or large) piece and pair it with a freshly brewed coffee - it's a pairing that's hard to beat.
