At Monogram Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or coffee purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Ensure your item is eligible for return; coffee beans are final sale, while brewing equipment must be unused and in original packaging.

Ship the Item

Once authorized, securely package your equipment and ship it back to our Calgary roastery using a tracked shipping service.
