Palate Development + the Flavour Wheel
In this class we will introduce you to the Coffee Taster's Flavour Wheel, and begin to Identify tasting notes and develop your coffee flavour vocabulary. We will taste and discuss many of the elements represented on the Flavour Wheel, as well as a selection of brewed coffee. This class is for anyone interested in developing their palate, all levels of experience welcome.

No coffee experience is required for this class. We'll be developing skills that will help us identify flavours in all things (wine, beer, coffee, etc).
To make your experience even more memorable, each participant will receive a free bag of coffee to take home. This carefully selected coffee will let you put to practice what youâve learned in the comfort of your own home.
This class maxes out at 16 people, and needs a minimum of 8 people to sign up, in order to run it.Â
